BetMGM Hybrid Championship in New Jersey Only

Beginning August 21, poker players will have exciting chances to win their way into the $150,000 BetMGM Online Hybrid Championship. This is the tournament that begins online at BetMGM Poker New Jersey and plays down to the final six survivors. Those six then go to the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City to play on a livestream for the win.

The online tournament begins on September 8 at 6 p.m. and continues until six remain. Then, on September 14, the final table begins at Borgata at 1 p.m. to finish on the livestream, complete with commentary and other features.

How to Play BetMGM Online Hybrid Championship

The BetMGM Hybrid event requires a $1,000 buy-in and guarantees $150,000 in the prize pool. Players can buy in directly or earn a discounted buy-in.

Many players will qualify for the tournament through satellites. Step 1 qualifiers are available now – on demand – for just $2. Steps 2 and 3 run daily through September 8. 

Pick-a-Card Promotion

In addition, starting on August 21, the Online Hybrid Pick-a-Card will offer even more chances to qualify. Earn just 20 BRPs (BetMGM Rewards Points) in a single day through cash games or tournaments on BetMGM Poker and automatically receive a ticket to the Pick-a-Card. Under each card is one of the four options:
