As the summer of poker in Las Vegas was winding down, BetMGM Poker was kicking off Club Season at its online poker tables. After Spades launched in January and Hearts took over from April through June, July presented Clubs, the third of four seasons that offer special promos and tournaments for every skill level and bankroll capacity.
Club Season officially began on July 1 and will run through the end of September.
BetMGM Poker Club Season Pass is Underway: June 18–September 9
Cash game players are already earning free cash bonuses with the Club Season Pass. It started June 18 and will continue just past the season (September 9). This promotion is dedicated to all levels of cash game players.
You must opt in to this promotion through your BetMGM Poker account. Once you’re in, simply play real-money No Limit Hold’em cash games, through which you automatically earn BRPs (BetMGM Reward Points). Just for opting in, you’re already eligible to win. Five (5) players are chosen each week at random from each of the following BRP tiers to win cash:
- 0-500 BRPs earned: $25 cash game bonus
- 500-2,499 BRPs: $50 cash game bonus
- 2,500-9,999 BRPs: $75 cash game bonus
- 10,000-49,999 BRPs: $125 cash game bonus
- 50,000+ BRPs: $250 cash game bonus
Note that each week of this months-long promotion starts on Thursday and ends on Wednesday. And at the end of the season, every player who reaches the 50,000 mark will win a special BetMGM merchandise pack.

BetMGM Poker Club Championships Series Set For August 6-17
What would a season of poker be without a tournament series? The Club Championship will be the highlight of Club Season for many players, as it offers dozens of poker tournaments and millions of dollars in prize money.
- Total tournaments: 61 (including 19 trophy events)
- Total guarantees: $2,000,000
- Buy-in range: $25 – $1,000
- Guarantee range: $8,000 – $300,000
There will be at least four (4) events each day of the series that kicks off on Thursday, August 6, and runs through Monday, August 17.
Qualifiers Underway Now
Satellites are available for every tournament, and they start at just $1. Qualifiers are running now, so you can start earning your seats into Club Championships events at a fraction of the buy-in costs, and you can line up your tournaments already.
If you want to qualify for a particular tournament, simply click on the tournament in the Club Championships tab in the lobby. Click on the tournament you want to play, and go to the satellites tab. This will show the breakdown of daily qualifiers on offer for that event. For example, a $25 buy-in tournament will start its qualifiers at the $2 level.
The Steps system allows you to win your tickets to Club Championships events and use those tickets at will. You can start at the first step or jump in at any step that fits your poker bankroll availability:
- Step 1: $2 buy-in (on demand when four players register) to win $10 tickets
- Step 2: $10 buy-in or ticket (on demand when four players register) to win $100 tickets
- Step 3: $100 buy-in or ticket (daily) to win $1,000 Main Event tickets
- Longshot Step 1: $1 buy-in (daily) to win $25 tickets
- Longshot Step 1: $2 buy-in (daily) to win $25 tickets
- Longshot Step 2: $25 buy-in or ticket (daily) to win $1,000 Main Event tickets
- Express: $50 buy-in to (see schedule) to win $1,000 Main Event tickets
The on-demand satellites run as soon as the requisite number of players enter, and those are available around the clock. Most other qualifiers run daily, so check the satellite lobby for “CC Champ” offerings to find exact start times.
Club Leaderboard Challenge: August 6-17
Yet another way to win during Club Season, specifically during the Club Championships, is through the leaderboard challenge. Every player in the series will earn points for participating and finishing in the money. Based on the finish, you will accumulate points in every tournament you play.
At the end of the series, the Club Season Leaderboard will announce the top points earners, and the leaderboard challenge will pay out $15,000 to the top 10 players, with the most going to the first-place player.
Club Season Promotions
