One of the East Coast’s largest guaranteed poker tournaments highlighted by $3 million guaranteed Championship and multiple paths to qualify through BetMGM Poker
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (September 10, 2026) – BetMGM, a leading sports betting and iGaming operator, today announced the Big, Big Series powered by BetMGM Poker will return to Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa September 13-23, 2026. The 11-event series features more than $6 million in guarantees, anchored by the $5,300 BetMGM Poker Big, Big Championship which comes with a $3 million guaranteed prize pool.
The $5,300 BetMGM Poker Big, Big Championship runs across three starting flights – Day 1A on Saturday, Sept. 19, Day 1B on Sunday, Sept. 20, and Day 1C on Monday, Sept. 21 – before converging for Day 2 on Tuesday, Sept. 22 and a scheduled Day 3 on Wednesday, Sept. 23. Registration remains open through the start of Day 2. Three dedicated qualifiers – the $600 Big, Big Championship Qualifier (Friday, Sept. 18), the $600 Big, Big 2nd Chance Championship Qualifier (Saturday, Sept. 19), and the $600 Big, Big Last Chance Championship Qualifier (Sunday, Sept. 20) – will award at least 50 seats into the Championship.
BetMGM Poker pro Michael “Gags” Gagliano will be competing in various events throughout the series. The Glen Gardner, New Jersey, resident delivered a career-best performance at the 2026 World Series of Poker Main Event this summer, finishing fourth in a field of 9,208 entrants and earning a $2.75 million payout. Gagliano, who serves as a trusted advisor to BetMGM Poker on tournament structures and player experience, entered the Main Event with more than $3.3 million in career live tournament earnings and cemented his place among the game’s elite.
Fellow BetMGM Poker ambassador Esther “E-Tay” Taylor will headline the mixed-game action with the $2,500 Big, Big 9 Game Mix, a two-day event carrying a $150,000 guarantee that runs September 15-16.

Borgata is also offering a Big, Big Stay & Play Bonus. Ten nights for $999 (plus tax and resort fees) for guests checking in Sunday, Sept. 13 and checking out Wednesday, Sept. 23. Resort fees are waived for Gold+ MGM Rewards members, with discounted rates available for shorter stays.
