$2 million tournament headlines 2023 ARIA Poker Classic
JERSEY CITY, NJ – (March 21, 2023) – BetMGM, a leading sports betting and iGaming operator, announced today that the BetMGM Poker Championship will return to ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas for a second consecutive year. The tournament will take place Friday, June 9th and will run through Tuesday, June 13th in ARIA’s Poker Room. The final table will be played on Tuesday, June 13th and live streamed from PokerGO Studio. The tournament, scheduled during the 2023 ARIA Poker Classic, leads six days of BetMGM poker action, beginning with a Mystery Bounty event on June 8th.
The BetMGM Poker Championship at ARIA is a $3,500 buy-in no limit Hold‘em tournament carrying a $2 million guarantee. The event will feature two starting flights and at least 100 qualifiers from BetMGM Poker markets including New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ontario, Canada. Online qualifier events for the BetMGM Poker Championship at ARIA start Monday, May 1st.
Online qualifiers will win packages that include a $3,500 buy-in for the BetMGM Poker Championship plus an $800 buy-in for the Mystery Bounty event, in addition to travel expenses and a six-night ARIA stay from June 7-13th, 2023.
