The Six-Figure Sunday Tournament on September 15

The tournament is set for September 15 on BetMGM Poker for players in Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. It will begin at 6 p.m. local time, but late registration gives players all evening to get in on the action.

Players praise the slow structure of the Six-Figure Sunday, not to mention the deep stacks allocated upon buy-in. The details are:

• Buy-in: $950 + $50
• Prize pool guarantee: $100,000
• Reentries:  unlimited
• Starting stack: 250,000 chips
• Starting blinds: 500/1,000 with a 125 ante
• Structure: 12-minute levels to start, 15-minute levels at Level 20
• Late registration: through Level 18

Daily Step Satellites

The qualifier system for the Six-Figure Sunday began on August 18 and operates daily. Players can get in on Step 1 for just $2 at any time of any day, as they are on demand and run when enough players enter. 

If you win a ticket through Step 1 or decide to buy-in directly for $10 at Step 2, those run every evening at 7:35 p.m. and 10:35 p.m. There are also on-demand options for Step 2 if enough players sign up to participate in one.

Step 2 tickets or a $100 buy-in earns an entry into a Step 3 satellite, which will run nightly at 9:35 p.m. This makes it possible to run the entire Steps program in one evening, earn a seat to the Six-Figure Sunday, and rest easy until September 15.

Depositor Satellites

There is another way to qualify for September’s High Roller, and that is a free option. You literally cannot find anything cheaper!

Deposit satellites are specifically set up to run September 8-15. Any player – new player or one reloading an account – is welcome to deposit $10 or more and receive a ticket for the daily depositor satellite. That freeroll will then run at 6:15 p.m. each evening and at 12:30 p.m. on the afternoon of September 15, leaving plenty of time to win the seat and play the Six-Figure Sunday.

In just this one week of depositor satellites, BetMGM is offering up a minimum of $2,500 in tickets every day. Each freeroll will contain one (1) $1,000 Six-Figure Sunday buy-in for the winner and fifteen (15) Step 3 tickets worth $100 each for the top finishers.
